Could you be the calm center of a complex system — welcoming guests in, launching them into the experience, bringing them back out safely, and quietly solving any technical hiccups along the way? You’ll manage onboarding and offboarding, keep the experience running smoothly throughout the day, and troubleshoot issues with audio, video, lighting, sensors, or control systems as they arise.
You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable with technology, confident under pressure, and good at explaining things clearly to both guests and staff. You’ll work closely with the shop team and performers to ensure each mission feels seamless, intentional, and magical — even when something unexpected happens behind the scenes.
This is a part-time, seasonal role with competitive pay based on experience. Backgrounds in immersive theater, live events, AV, escape rooms, museums, or themed attractions are a plus.
